Why time management is important in our life?
Good time management allows you to accomplish bigger results in a shorter period of time which leads to more time freedom, helps you focus better, allows you to be more productive, lowers your stress and gives you more time to spend with the people that matter most.

Effective time management means getting more of the important work done in a day. In fact, effective time management is even more important than efficient use of our time. Of course, the best time managers are both effective and efficient.

The  PURPOSE OF the session was students must manage time management is a very important skill to be learned and to be mastered in order to have a better lifestyle. By managing well time, you will no longer suffer from stress and your works/tasks will be done on time and with great quality.
