1. About our Education Trust 

Sneh Mahila Vikas Sanstha is a Trust registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act and is an organisation run by women. It was started in 1987 with the objective of running educational institutions, which would prepare the youth for the World and enable them to make a mark for themselves in the Society. 

It was started by Shri Ram Meghe who handed over the reins of managing the same to
Smt. Anusaya Meghe. She nurtured and contributed to the same till 1997 when it was taken over by Shri Mohabbat Singh Tuli. Bearing in mind the history and philosophy of the Sanstha, he reconstituted the Sanstha with his wife Smt. Narinder Kaur as the President.

Mr. M. S. Tuli from the Tuli Group of Companies is a well known personality of Central India. He has been instrumental in bringing the Tuli Group to the pinnacles of success.  Tuli group has various interests in India & abroad varying from transport to Chain of Hotels, Finance, Theatres, Petrol Pumps and different business interest in Sri Lanka. A hotelier taking over the hotel management college seems to be an ideal set up but Mr. Tuli not being from the education line had to invest a lot of time and effort to learn the ropes of such an institution. Mr. Tuli being a successful businessman could very well blend his business acumen with education. From a strength of mere 73 in college when he took over, he brought it to 275 in 2003. this was possible only with meticulous and  organized strategies in the right direction. 

2. Land & Building 

The sanstha boast of a lush green 22 acre campus with a building a masterpiece of architecture and vast playgrounds. Being close to  city gives it an edge over the others as the surrounding is peaceful and pollution free. For the students convenience sanstha runs buses throughout the city for the students to commute. Total built up area – 57000 Sq. ft.  

3. Sports 

Campus has a Swimming Pool, Skating Rink, Basketball Court, Volleyball, Kho Kho and plenty of outdoor games. 

4. Indoor games 

Table – Tennis, Badminton, and other board games. 

5. Aim and Objective 

The Sanstha runs the following educational institutions in Nagpur: 

I) S.K.S.Tuli Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology 

It was the first institute started by the sanstha in the year 1990. A Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology, under the name of Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology. It was then the first private non-grant in aid institute of its kind under All India Council of Technical Education. 

a)     It was the first private institute.

b)     It was started in 1990.

c)     It was the first non-grant in aid institute.

d)     It is affiliated to All India Council for Technical Education, Government of India, New Delhi.

e)     Diploma’s are awarded by Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education.

f)       It has always given excellent academic results.

g)     Till date all students are well placed in India and abroad.

h)     Well equipped laboratories for practical training. 

II) Tuli College of Hotel Management 

Keeping in view the changing trends of education, the college was started with the aim to provide a graduation with technical education. The college has been able to form a niche for itself in such a short time due to quality of education provided and grooming of boys to suit the needs of hospitality industry. 

Both the colleges take full advantage of being under the same group as that of Hotel Tuli International. This is colleges USP and this makes it the only college in Central India to provide such facility.   

a)     It was started in 1999 with mere 7 students.

b)     Approved by All India Council of Technical Education, Government of India, New Delhi.

c)     Affiliated to Nagpur University, Nagpur

d)     Experienced and well trained teaching staff.

e)     State of art library

f)       Infrastructure to match that of the hotels.

g)     Perfect blend of academic and industrial exposure to the student. 

III) Tuli Public School 

The want for good schools can never come down, keeping in mind the importance of quality education at primary level too. A public school was started in 1999 with mere 6 students under the sanstha, under CBSE pattern, which has grown in leaps and bounds in past 4 years. A true public school, it is where all facilities for curricular and co-curricular activities are provided. Where maximum exposure to the child is emphasized for better upbringing. The school now has Pre-Primary, Primary and Middle levels. With Multipurpose facilities.

The basic aim of the Sanstha is to build a solid foundation for the citizens of tomorrow and to provide them the most congenial atmosphere so as to enable them to pursue and realise their dreams. The Sanstha employs highly trained and experienced academicians to provide quality education to their wards.  

The sanstha is running a boys hostel for college boys with the capacity of 100 boys. Latest amenities and infrastructure is the attraction for the students. 

A residential school was also announced in 2003 where in the children from smaller town around Nagpur will get an opportunity to get good education in vicinity. Strict discipline in the hostel and regular activity and study hours have groomed students into smart young lot.
